What is the return/exchange policy for the IDSA Store?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for items returned within 30 days from the order date. We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent.

If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item, please contact Customer Service: idsastore@ironmarkusa.com before returning your merchandise. You will receive an email with instructions on how to package and return your item. Please include your name, address, order number, phone number, and instructions on what you would like for us to do (refund or exchange). Also, be sure to include which item(s) you want to exchange for.

A refund will be issued to the original payment card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes, but excluding shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee (fee will not be charged for defective or damaged items).

 

What payment options are available?

The IDSA Store offers Shop Pay, Google Pay, and accepts major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do I need to create a Shopify account to place an order?

You are not required to create a Shopify account to place an order at the IDSA Store. However, you may find it beneficial to create an account if you plan to access your order history or save payment methods and contact information to your account.
